Genoscores is a database of filtered summary results of genome-wide association studies in humans together with a package of analysis tools.
These studies cover multiple phenotypes, including -omic measurements such as gene expression and metabolite levels. This resource can be used with any individual-level dataset consisting of genome-wide SNP genotypes to calculate genotypic scores for the phenotypes represented in Genoscores.
